2. Description of Service

Stone Signal Digital provides marketing automation, lead capture, CRM, and appointment booking software and services for service-based businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. Subscriptions: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

4.2. Usage Costs: Certain features (such as SMS, email, and AI usage) are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis as detailed on our Usage Costs page. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account.

4.3. Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Send unsolicited promotional messages (spam) in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR).
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stone Signal Digital and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stone Signal Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
